Who we are
VisaWay Group — a visa centre in Ashgabat. Every service is provided under a written contract: the scope of work, the timeframe and the price are agreed in advance.
We do not take decisions on behalf of consulates and we cannot influence them. Our job is to prepare your documents in full and to the required standard, to explain the procedure, and to stay with you at every step.
We also help students who want to study abroad: choosing a field and a university, and preparing and submitting their applications.
Our approach
An honest assessment
We tell you what your chances really are. If the case is difficult, we say so at the start — not after we have taken your money.
Transparent pricing
We quote the price before we start and write it into the contract. The consular fee, translations and insurance are third-party costs; we set those out in advance too.
Support to the end
We stay with you after the documents have been submitted. If the application is refused, we analyse the reason and prepare a fresh submission.
What we will not do
These rules are not negotiable. They are there to protect you.

We give no guarantee of a visa
The decision to grant a visa is taken by the consulate alone. Any company or person offering you a «100% guarantee» is either lying or proposing something illegal. We assess your chances; we do not promise an outcome.

We do not produce forged documents or invitations
Under no circumstances and at no price. If a forged certificate, bank statement or invitation comes to light, it is you who pays: a multi-year entry ban, and in some countries criminal liability as well. If we are asked for this, we decline the work.

We do not take money for promising work abroad
We do not find jobs, we are not a recruitment agency and we promise no employment. If you already hold a formal offer from an employer abroad, we prepare the paperwork for a work visa — that is the whole of our service.
