The decision to admit you is taken by the university itself. Scholarships and quotas depend on the programme, the application deadlines and the competition — nobody can guarantee them in advance.

Our job is to assess your chances realistically, find programmes that suit you, and prepare your documents on time and to the required standard.

How it works

  1. 1

    Assessing your profile

We look at your grades, your language level, your budget and your goals, and tell you frankly what is realistic.

  2. 2

Choosing a field and an institution

We put together a shortlist of suitable programmes, with their requirements, deadlines and costs.

  3. 3

    Documents and personal statement

We gather the documents, prepare the translations and write the personal statement together.

  4. 4

    Submitting the application

We complete the forms, submit the documents on time and handle the correspondence with the university.

  5. 5

    Admission

We wait for the replies, weigh up the offers together and help you decide.

  6. 6

    Student visa

Once the offer letter arrives, we prepare and submit the student visa application.

  7. 7

    Getting ready to leave

We explain what to do about accommodation, insurance, tickets and the first days after arrival.

Timeframes and prices

First consultation is free

Free consultation. The fee is set individually — it depends on the visa type, destination country and the state of your documents. We quote the exact price during the consultation.

  • University application fee Each university sets its own rate
  • Translation and certification of documents Paid separately
  • Application deadlines Different for each programme, announced officially in advance
Free consultation

We quote our fee in full before starting and write it into the contract. University fees, translation and certification are third-party costs and are paid separately. On timing: applications usually close several months before the course begins, so it pays to start early.

Frequently asked questions

Can I get a scholarship?

Scholarships and fee reductions exist, but they are awarded competitively and the terms differ from programme to programme. We give no guarantees. What we do is show you where you have a realistic chance and prepare your application accordingly.

My language level is weak — do I have a chance?

Yes. Many countries offer language courses or foundation programmes — you start there and move on to the main degree. We discuss this when we assess your profile.

Which university can I get into?

It would be wrong to answer that in advance. First we look at your grades, your language and your budget, then we draw up a shortlist. The admission decision belongs to the university.

Do you handle the student visa as well?

Yes. Once the offer letter arrives we prepare the student visa application and stay with you right up to submission.
